There are many reasons to support our work.

Support us because you care about children. Many of the U.S. children who join Songs of Hope™ as participants are low-income. The international children come from a variety of socio-economic circumstances. All of them report that the Songs of Hope™ experience transformed their lives in a positive, important way.

Support us because you care about the continued development of children. The young people who return to Songs of Hope™ as youth leaders tell us that the program is one of the most important and beneficial experiences in their lives. From the program, they become leaders in their schools, colleges, clubs, and communities.

Support us because you care about the education of children. Songs of Hope™ teaches its participants and youth leaders important life lessons about believing in yourself, respecting others, working cooperatively, and appreciating differences. Our educational products celebrate other cultures and teach respect for differences. Our teacher guides and workshops equip educators to teach important arts and multicultural lessons in their classrooms.

Support us because you care about the future of children. Right now, the world is a tough place, full of violence, mistrust, poverty, disease, and environmental damage. To solve the problems of our shrinking world, people need to get along and work cooperatively. To fit socially and economically into our increasingly more interdependent world, our children will need to think globally, understand international cultures, and appreciate the global impact of local actions. Our work focuses on teaching children and adults to see the world beyond their door and to understand its changing needs.
